Shorba al Adas (zuppa di lenticchie rosse al limone)

Qualche settimana fà gironzolavo sulla bloggosfera e sono passata a trovare Stefania nel suo meraviglioso blog "Arabafelice in cucina!" ...tutte le ricette che ho "rubacchiato" dal suo blog sono sempre state un successone e quando ho visto questa meravigliosa zuppa non ho potuto fare a meno di prepararla alla prima occasione.... Non ho modificato nulla alla sua versione, tranne le dosi da due a tre persone...


Ingredienti per 3 persone



250 g di lenticchie rosse decorticate Melandri Gaudenzio
1 cipolla bianca media
1/2 cc di aglio in polvere Tec Al (o 1 spicchio triturato)
4 CC olio evo
2 carote piccole
1,5 lt acqua calda
1 limone bio
1/2 cc cumino in polvere
sale

Ricetta Tradizionale:
In una capiente pentola dal fondo alto versate l'olio e 4 CC di acqua aggiungete la cipolla, l'aglio e la carota tritata finemente. Appena il trito sarà ben rosolato aggiungere le lenticchie e l'acqua calda. Portare a cottura per circa 20-25 min. otterrete una purea.
Regolare di sale e irrorare con il succo del limone e la polvere di cumino.
Potete servire la purea cosi grossolanamente o frullarla con un frullatore ad immersione, in base ai vostri gusti. Decorare con una fetta di limone ogni porzione...
Ricetta Bimby:
Nel boccale carota aglio e cipolla vel 7 pochi secondi, raccogliere il trito con la spatola e aggiungere olio e 4CC di acqua vel 1 4 min temp 100°C, aggiungere le lenticchie e l'acqua calda. 25 min vel 1 temp 100°C. Aggiungere il succo di limone, il sale e il cumino in polvere. vel 2 pochi secondi.
Potete servirla cosi o frullarla per pochi secondi a vel. Turbo. Decorare con una fetta di limone ogni porzione.
