Illinois has a growing number of college graduates in the aerospace engineering field that are emerging into the market.
Aerospace engineers are professionals who work to plan, design and build huge, complicated and technologically advanced machines- namely, airplanes. Aerospace engineers are involved in every step of the process of building highly technically advanced machines. Beginning with layout and design of the conceptual aircraft, aerospace engineers stick with the project all the way through construction and testing. Aerospace engineering jobs don't consist of any one set of responsibilities, instead, they vary based on an individual's experience and training.
